    • Projects serve the business, so a project’s validity is direct dependent on the on-going existence of the business objective served.

    • Holistic approach to all innovation is key to the overall success and operational engagement after hand over.

    • Get the basics right before starting execution of the project. Keep asking questions, resulting in a solid project (de)briefing with preconditions fulfilled.

    • Without mutual trust, no chance on successful completion of a project. This trust must exist in every aspect of the project.

    • First the Who then the What, meaning getting the right people (who) on board is key for a successful project (what).

    • Success is always of the team, not from an individual. We govern results over presence. We celebrate achievements.

    • Architecture is part of the critical path, and should thus be governed by the project. Within Agile this is even more urgent.

    • Fact based, argument wins, we take our engagements from the content and the best idea is executed. Facts over assumptions and no ego allowed.

    • An efficient project space is an open workspace and the availability of breakout rooms to have short meetings and discussions.

      Partner and co-founder of WTGT.
      Education and background in System engineering and policy analysis. Building the bridge between different domains, IT and Business. Experienced in managing the different, by times opposing interests of stakeholders in large organisations surrounding any strategic project. I am building bridges to establish the support for the changes needed. I set goals and strive to meet them by using skills like creativity, analysis, inspiring, motivating and perseverance. Looking from the broader picture with an eye for detail is the way I like to work. I have a direct and clear way of communicating with a good sense of the interests of all involved.
      I am a team player, open and straightforward. In projects I like clear communication and focused decision making so the team can progress in their best way possible.

      Partner and co-founder of VDVL and WTGT.
      Education and background in IT & management. Natural leader & manager.
      Committed, analytical and integer. Capable of effective communication in difficult environments with different interests. Knows how to initiate and organise projects and consultancy assignments and how to anticipate on. Likes to improve and speed-up the decision making process at management level and motivate (project) people.
      Always focussed on people and the actions to be taken to achieve the desired objectives. Is able to successfully execute program and project management assignments as well as consultancy assignments. In addition he successfully managed the growth of VDVL (turnover € 12mio plus – 60 employees fixed) and founded WTGT in 2017.
